Community Outreach
The QFRC offers cultural, social, and recreational events for families and youth throughout the year. These events combine family friendly activities along with providing families with the needed resources, education, and information they may need to support their children and families. We collaborate with area providers to host events such as holiday assistance, seasonal parties, backpack drives, resource fairs, and educational workshops. All events are free to attend and are open to all in the community.
The Quincy Family Resource Center works with all families and caregivers, including kinship, grandparents, foster families, youth of all ages, and any member of the community seeking support. We collaborate with numerous agencies, community organizations, town and city governments, school systems, Department of Children and Families, Juvenile Probation, and civic and religious organizations.
